Restless and passionate, Luciano García is one of the greatest exponents of new Argentine pastry, capable of bringing together the country’s own sweet tradition with an implantation of European savoir faire in his elegant creations. Luciano is not only rigorously training new generations of professionals as head of pastry training at OTT College, but has also opted to create the OTT Gourmet Almacén, where he unleashes his fertile creativity and helps his students learn more efficiently. He is also Callebaut’s Ambassador for Latin America, and designer of the products offered at Don Blanco pastry shop.
