Food&Pastry- The Creative Show was held from 20 to November 22 at the BolognaFiere, an exciting event for lovers of cuisine, patisserie and cocktails seeking to expand their nutritional horizons, and also for industry professionals wanting to get new ideas to improve their craft.

The artistic direction divided the meeting into 6 different areas: creative Italian pastry; Cake Design, where new international trends were unveiled; Chocolate, with tricks and secrets for proper handling; Creative food with a live cooking show; Bartender; and packaging, where packaging ideas for sweet dishes were exposed.

There were great names present in the Pastry area, great chocolatiers and confectioners that displayed their dedication, creativity, technique and attention to detail put into their craft. Among them are some chefs close to So Good.. such as Leonardo di Carlo (so good #1, so good #9, so good #13), sugar expert Davide Malizia, and Roberto Rinaldini (so good #4).
