In the next edition of Sirha, which will be held from January 26 to 30 in Lyon, Dobla (Stand 4D24, Hall 4) will demonstrate the Nature Range, its exclusive collection of handmade chocolate decorations inspired by nature, to an international audience. In addition, as part of the theme “All-Time-Favorites”, Bart de Gans, Graham Mairs, Maurits van der Vooren, and Michel Willaume, European pastry chefs of the company, will surprise visitors with new products that will be added to the collection and that can hardly be distinguished from real fruits, nuts, and spices.
Each decoration of Nature is unique, as beautiful and imperfect as nature itself and offers the finishing touch to any dessert, cake, and other sweet treats. “In today’s world people increasingly want to connect to what is real and good and to things they recognize,” Harm Jansen, Corporate Business Development Director at Dobla explains. “That is why we expanded our successful Nature Range.
