Nicoll Notter

The son of illustrious pastry chefs Ewald and Susanne Notter, Nicoll Notter is the Head Chef of the Chocolate Academy NYC. Since he received the title of US Pastry Chef of the Year in 2015, he has had an intense career alongside professionals such as Della Gossett, Nathaniel Reid, Fabian Rimann, Cedric Pilloud, and Vincent Pilon, among others. In 2021, he won the Eco Responsible award representing Switzerland at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, together with Arnaud Dousse and Antoine Chopin.
