His passion and enthusiasm for pastry is so great that he trained twice. First in his native Colombia and later at the prestigious French Pastry School in Chicago. Fame came to him by winning the talent program, the School of Chocolate, directed by Amaury Guichon and broadcast on Netflix. Currently, he is Executive Pastry Chef for the St Regis Chicago and Corporate Pastry Chef for Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants.
