When she met her husband Andrey Dubovik in 2010, Ronya Belova was working in the tourism industry as a tour guide around Europe for a Russian tour and travel company, and neither of them thought about the pastry world. Both are self-taught, starting in the trade with an eclair business collecting orders for family and friends, and in record time they have become benchmark chocolatiers with their uniquely designed bonbons.
