Driven by its ambition to promote and highlight typically French know-how, recognized in France and exported around the world, Sirha Europain 2022 will feature a wide range of exhibitors and a varied program (conferences, success stories…) designed to reflect on changes in the French bakery market.
From March 26 to 29, visitors to the fair will be able to enjoy content about responsible, modern, and committed bread making. At the Sirha Europain Forum, the best specialists will address the main current issues, in particular those related to the environment: artisanal and local knowledge, supply, ecological responsibility and reuse. It will also be an opportunity to reflect on the women and men who promote the trade, the well-being of the artisans, and employees. Meanwhile, the Bakery-Snacking space will focus on responsible recipes and methods, as well as local and natural products.
At the level of competitions, Sirha Europain will host The World Bakery Cup, the Coupe de France des Ecoles, and the European Pastry Cup. Additionally, it will recognize the most innovative products at the Sirha Europain Awards.
