In the next edition of Sirha Europain in Paris, a jury of experts, professionals, and journalists specialized in bakery-pastry will give recognition to eight innovations among the 35 presented by the exhibiting companies at the fair at the Sirha Europain Awards.
On this occasion, the jury wants to highlight the most committed innovations that make everyday life easier for professionals in terms of ease of use or comfort, as well as those that contribute to sustainability and allow the offering of nutritional recipes.
