From March 3 to 6, 2020, FHA-HoReCa, evolved from the highly successful Food & HotelAsia (FHA), will gather a broad range of intelligent products and technologies across five main segments, including Bakery, Pastry & Gelato; Foodservice & Hospitality Equipment; Hospitality Style; Hospitality Technology, and Specialty Coffee & Tea at the Singapore Expo. 

On 85,000 m2, the Salon will host more than 2,000 exhibitors from 70 countries/regions, as well as a long list of prestigious world competitions such as the international final of the C3 Valrhona, the eighth edition of the Asian Pastry Cup, which will automatically classify the top 3 teams for the Coupe du Monde la Pâtisserie 2021, and the first Asian Junior Pastry Cup, aimed at the younger generation of chefs and will pre-select the three teams that will represent Asia at the 2021 World Junior Pastry Championship to be held in Sigep. In terms of ice cream, we highlight the Asian Gelato Cup, in which the two teams that will compete in the Gelato World Cup 2022 in Rimini will be chosen.
