On  October 28, Valrhona will celebrate the North American C³ Qualifiers as part of the 2019 StarChefs International Chefs Congress in Brooklyn (New York).

An international jury, consisting of Pierre Hermé,Lincoln Carson, Patrice Demers, Kamel Guechida, Ghaya Oliveira, Belinda Leong, Kelly Fields, and Mina Pizarro, will evaluate the work of six previously selected candidates and will choose the winner who, in addition to receiving 5,000 euros, will have the opportunity to represent North America in the final to be held in Singapore in 2020.

The registrations will be open for all professional pastry chefs over 21 who are working in North America until June 30. Along with the request, you should present a recipe for a plated dessert and a recipe for chocolate petits fours inspired by the theme “Bahibé 46% Grand Cru Dominican Republic”.
