French pastry unites to support children with heart defects.

Pierre Hermé, Pierre Marcolini, Jean-Paul Hévin, François Pralus, Philippe Bernachon, Sébastien Bouillet, Stéphane Bonnat, Vincent Guerlais, Christophe Michalak, Philippe Conticini, Yves Camdeborde, Jean François Piège and Frédéric Anton…this is the spectacular line-up of chefs who will feature in this 2015 calendar in aid of children with heart defects.

Specifically, this calendar brings together French pastry chefs and a few chefs with famous personalities to support the Mécénat Heart Surgery Association, which will give a new heart to sick children from underpriveleged countries. The idea is that for every 1000 calendars sold (on sale throughout France for 20 euros) one heart can be saved.
