We would like to congratulate Albert Adrià, who has won the well-deserved award for world’s best pastry chef. In addition his restaurant, Tickets, and the sweet work he does there in La Dolça, has entered the list of the 50 best restaurants for the first time, situated in the 42nd position.
In the next edition of So Good we will pay closer attention to the plated desserts d’auteur of some of the best restaurants in the world. To be precise, we will talk about the creations of three chefs who appear in the top ten of this list: Adrià himself, Narisawa (8th) and Alex Atala of D.O.M. (9th).
We would also like to congratulate our dear Jordi Roca and the Celler de Can Roca, which has been recognized for the second time as the best restaurant in the world. Andoni Luis Aduriz, who is no stranger to our magazine, holds the meritable sixth place within the ranking.
