On 22 and 23 of January 2018, the fourth edition of Pastry Queen, the competition aimed at women pastry chefs from around the world who want to share their talent and give their careers a new impulse, will be held in Sigep (Rimini).

A figure of participation increases each year, evidence of the strength this biennial championship is achieving. The reason, according to Roberto Rinaldini (so good #4), president of the fair and main artificer of this competition, is that “it is the world’s only competition that gives visibility and opportunities to women, highlighting their professionalism. This is why the contestants have risen from 10 to 12 and for years in France and India national selections have been held, and this year will be extended to the Philippines.”
