A tribute to Jules Verne in Nantes
The 36th edition of the Relais Desserts International Meeting, held in April in Nantes, the land of Vincent Guerlais , was marked by fantasy.
In the Passage Pommeraye, the members of the Association surprised all the people who approached the shopping center with an impeccable buffet dedicated to “the wonders of Jules Verne”. In this video, we can see the great assortment of products offered in the buffet as well as the corresponding shops and workshops of chefs Vincent Guerlais and Christophe Roussel.
