This young chef has been forging his personality in the trade in establishments with tradition in Paris such as the pastry shop Sthorer and Épicerie Hédiard, in institutions such as the Maison Ladurée and alongside such influential professionals as Christophe Michalak. Menguy feels part of a new generation that continues to make gala pastry shine through daily work that can be seen in La Goutte d’Or, a gourmande pastry and coffee shop which is modern and seasonal.
