Hans Ovando has had a skyrocketing career in the sector, showing great talent in various fields of confectionery, pastries, and chocolate. Winner of the Best Spanish Chocolatier Trophy Lluís Santapau and more recently of the Spanish Chocolate Master (2013), show each step of the great future that lies ahead for him.
After heading Carles Mampel’s workshop in Bubó in Barcelona and teaching alongside Maria Selyanina, the Chilean pastry chef provides his consulting and training services in his new school, Bee Chef Pastry School, in addition to serving as an advisor worldwide.
