When he met his wife Ronya Belova in 2010, Andrey had a business selling heating units for homes. In 2016 he realized that he could not live without chocolate and both of them, without previous culinary experience, acquired all their knowledge by watching free YouTube videos and practicing in the kitchen by themselves. Together they have managed in record time to become benchmark chocolatiers and teach in culinary schools around the world thanks to bonbons with spectacular designs and innovative techniques.
