“Host and I, a common approach”. These are the words spoken by Iginio Massari to seal the relationship with Host Milano, where he will once again participate as Ambassador of haute pastry with the third edition of ‘Luxury Pastry Around the World’, an event that brings together great chefs not only to offer workshops, but also to give a vision of the future of the trade.
Looking ahead to the 2023 edition of Host, which will take place from October 13 to 17, the pastry chef expects a large presence of professionals from all over the world willing to share their dessert ideas and successful experiences with the public.
At a general level, internationality will continue to be a fundamental value for the fair, which aims to provide a vision of the new market dynamics and what the business of the future will be like, along with a varied proposal for equipment that helps the pastry chef achieve better results, expedite preparations, and save energy.
At the competition level, the fair will host the Cake Designers World Championship, The World Trophy of Pastry Gelato and Chocolate, and The World Trophy of Professional Tiramisù, all of them organized by the FIPGC.
