In this book, the French chef gives an authentic masterclass on chocolate decorations. Whatever the level, readers will find a personalized accompaniment from more than 6,000 photos and detailed comments.
Available in English and French, it contains a chapter on the different techniques to make her decorations, 20 signature sets, the genesis of each of her creations, drawings, ten chocolate bonbon recipes, each of the detailed decorations step-by-step, and a report from her school. To this we must add the prefaces signed by Antonio Bachour, the MOF chocolatier Philippe Bertrand, the designer Emmanuel Chevalier, the Pastry World Champion 2015 Emmanuele Forcone, and the Editor-in-Chief Franck Lacroix.
