From March 6 to 8, Dandelion Chocolate & Perfect Productions organize the Craft Chocolate Experience: San Francisco, a new annual festival that aims to educate, entertain, and showcase craft chocolate making around the world.

The iconic Palace Fine Arts in San Francisco will bring together bean-to-bar makers, chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and cocoa producers from more than 25 countries. As main attractions, the event will feature a marketplace with more than 85 artisan chocolatiers and lively discussions on the main stage starring great pastry chefs such as Olivier Fernández, Francisco Migoya, Jordi Roca, and Lisa Vega, executive pastry chef of Dandelion and author of Making Chocolate, which will present a pop-up café.

Round table discussions will also be held during the festival that will address cutting edge topics such as Chocolate in Pastry, Exploring Expression of Chocolate Flavor from Lachuá; Guatemala; Tasting from Lab to Home; Fact and fiction – Tasting Chocolate from a Sensory Scientist’s Perspective, Empowering Women in Cacao Farming Communities; Cheese & Chocolate Tasting and, Wine & Chocolate Pairing.
