Since June 2015, Abel Bravo and Poli Gómez have been heading Pasteleria y Chocolateria Glea in the center of Murcia, Spain. The proposed staff of this young talent is part of the international avant-garde pastry scene and seeks a balance between the differentiated and innovative character of its wide repertoire of products and the ability to play with flavors which are recognizable to the public in the area.
Little by little, this chef is gaining recognition in the Spanish elite of Southern Europe, thanks to his clean and refined presentations, his original formats, and intense flavors, something we were able to see in sogood # 17 and in Citric Green recipe.
