“Nerua Guggenheim Bilbao, a journey into essence” Trailer

Chef Josean Alija presents this documentary today in the Guggenheim Museum’s Auditorium. It focuses on the great work that he has developed in his Nerua’s Restaurant. Whether it is his experiences or his knowledge from the day to day activity in his restaurant, or through his philosophy, creative concepts, team spirit, relationship with local growers, the environment… Everything is controlled and seen through the viewfinder of the camera under the direction of Ivan Miñambres and Gari’s music. The documentary will be exhibited during the following months in several International Cinema Festivals and Cuisine Summits.
