In 2016, she opened JY FOOD LAB, a pastry workshop located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, alongside Jer Yenn. Both professionals who share devotion to the craft and work experiences in France, they were thus able to materialize their dream of creating French-inspired cakes with ingredients from their Asian surroundings.

Originally, JY Food Lab was a small kitchen serving sweet and savory dishes. After the pandemic, in 2021, he focused his activity on cakes for all types of events and also for individuals, working in a new, better equipped workshop.
