He is the pastry chef of the luxurious Sha Wellness Clinic, (L’Albir, Alicante). There he has specialized in healthy desserts, made from natural ingredients, mostly whole grain and of ecological and sustainable origin and beneficial to health. He does not use dairy products or derivatives, eggs, margarines, sugars and refined flours nor artificial colors or preservatives.
He previously trained alongside Paco and Jacob Torreblanca. He also worked in high-quality industrial confectionery at Barry Callebaut Pastry Manufacturing.
