On June 18, Dobla gave the Winter Wonderland webinar to help pastry chefs face the autumn-winter season and its main festivities with great creativity.

Rogier Snoeks, from the Marketing and Innovation department of the EMEA area, assures that recent studies show that users, even in difficult times like this health crisis, seek moments to enjoy with others, hence businesses offer original products such as complete birthday party kits or services such as delivery and take away are gaining popularity. He also affirms that consumers, despite the coronavirus, have not stopped celebrating Mother’s Day or Easter, “which shows that the classic moments of celebration where people connect with traditions are still very relevant.” In the coming months, there are many dates which lead to gatherings,and with this seminar the company has wanted to inspire professionals to create relevant experiences for their clients.

During the webinar, Dutch chefs Bart de Gans and Maurits van der Vooren presented more than 20 creations from Dobla’s All-Time-Favorites. Pieces full of color, designed to surprise in autumn, Halloween, winter, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. Montblanc, Charlotte Russe, Buche Noel Gold, Lollipops … and many more creations to continue captivating consumers on colder days.
