In late April, Frank Haasnoot launched an online store offering a range of products that until now was only available in hotels or boutiques. A webshop where you can now also access online masterclasses where the Dutch pastry chef teaches how to make many different recipes step by step, from start to finish, that can be easily recreated in the kitchen.

Currently users can learn to make Coco Berry and Opaque entremets. Each class fee includes a PDF file with all the recipes included in the preparation and the possibility of seeing the class up to 15 times during 21 days.
