Frank Haasnoot, winner of the World Chocolate Masters 2011, tirelessly continues his prolific career. The dutch pastry chef who is followed by hundreds of followers, who presented his first book Prisma in 2019, has just fulfilled one more dream by opening his own online store. As he explains, “I’ve always wanted to open a webshop of my own but never took the time for it. But because of a certain pandemic it was a matter of now or never … ”.
In this store, Haasnoot offers a range of products that until now were only available in hotels, boutiques, or during master classes that he teaches as a pastry instructor. From a line of chocolates that he created years ago with his friend Tom van de Veen, with whom he worked in some of the best restaurants and pastry shops in the world, to a series of beautiful chocolate molds designed in collaboration with Chocolate Word, preserves made from fresh organic fruit from the A&E Gourmet team, which he met at a local farmers market, and, of course, his book Prisma. In addition, he announces that he will update the web shop with more tools and chocolates and says that he will be offering online masterclasses very soon.
