1,500 pastry, bakery, chocolate and ice cream businesses around the world have already registered on Barry Callebaut’s free, multilingual, interactive #NotWithoutMyChocolate platform. The purpose of this web space is to give visibility to all those establishments that remain open in these moments of sanitary crisis, as well as the services and products that they keep on sale.
It works very easily. Companies only have to register, giving all kinds of details (location, take-out times, deliveries …) and from here they can already be located on the map by consumers interested in getting chocolate and other sweets from local artisan pastry shops, both through home delivery service and take away.
Although #NotWithoutMyChocolate was created for the Easter campaign, the company is currently maintaining it to help both the industry and chefs overcome these difficult times.
