From March 22-24, the popular Ukrainian chef and architect will teach how to organize and assemble her sophisticated Mini Cloud Cakes, the ones that made her famous in so good # 16. On the first day, attendees will be able to access five video tutorials (Berry Confit / Making Dacquoise Sponge / Making Mousse / Assembling Mousse Cakes / Making Velor Spraying Mixture, unmolding, spraying cakes) with a live question and answer session after each one is broadcasted. On the second day, they will have to make the Mini Cloud Cakes from the tutorials and the recipe, following the chef’s step-by-step instructions, and the best one will be given a prize. On the last day, Kasko will analyze the cakes prepared by the students and will explain how to work with different silicone molds.
