Dinara Kasko is the Brand pastry chef of two cafés that have opened their doors this year: Pearls Desserts in Moscow and Jonquils Cafe & Bakery in Boston. The Ukrainian chef has created new molds with 3D printing and new recipes for these establishments and announced that the intention is to “constantly updating their menus”. Nice pieces (cherries, apples, artichokes…) in which this trained architect combines design, pastry, and architecture once again.
Kasko is very excited about this initiative because “from now on, my desserts are available not only in my pictures on Instagram, but also at cafes in Russia and the USA where people can try them”. Additionally, she advances that her creations will also be in Doha (Qatar) very soon.
