Amaury Guichon is one of the most internationally famous pastry chefs. With more than four million followers on his Instagram account, his creations set trends and inspire professionals and amateurs around the world. Much of this success is due to key virtues for the trade such as vocation, rigor, and perseverance.

Co-founder of the Pastry Academy, he will now share his knowledge about chocolate in a new talent show, School of Chocolate, which will premiere on Netflix on November 26.

In the first season, eight bakers will study the art of chocolate under Guichon. The best one will win a prize of $100,000.
