Co-founder of the Pastry Academy, he will now share his knowledge about chocolate in a new talent show, School of Chocolate, which will premiere on Netflix on November 26.
In the first season, eight bakers will study the art of chocolate under Guichon. The best one will win a prize of $100,000.
