For years now, Richard Orlinski has surprised the attendees of the Salon du Chocolat with an XXL chocolate sculpture. In the last edition, which took place from October 28 to November 1 in Paris, the renowned artist made, in collaboration with pastry chef Yann Couvreur, a chocolate fox 4.5 meters tall. A fox that those with a sweet tooth can taste in a miniature format in Couvreur’s pastry shop.
Orlinski and Yann’s was not the only large piece that was exhibited at the fair. The assistants could also see giant-sized Asterix and Obelix thanks to Jean-Luc Decluzeau for Leonidas.
