Ana RodríguezA safe fair that fully respects sanitary rules and protocols. This will be the next edition of SIGEP, to be held in January 2021, thanks to the #SAFEBUSINESS by IEG project launched by IEG Italian Exhibition Group, the organizer of fairs and conferences based in Rimini (Italy) and with operations in Vicenza, Milan , Brescia, Rome, Arezzo, and Naples, as well as in China, the United States, and Dubai with associated companies.
As Corrado Peraboni, CEO of IEG, explains, “We have worked on this plan with the aim of providing a complete and reliable answer for our customers and the international public which, now more than ever, is asking us to be able to count on trade shows and conferences re-starting. We have done so in line with the anti-Covid-19 health regulations and documents drafted by AEFI, FEDERCONGRESSI, UFI, and EMECA, which I would like to thank for their constant presence regarding the question concerned. ”
#SAFEBUSINESS by IEG provides more than 50 guidelines ranging from disinfection of transportation between the airport, hotels, and exhibition centers, to agreements with companies of shared bicycles and electric scooters, exclusively online payments, scheduled tickets based on the capacity of the room , distribution of masks or temperature controls for visitors. In addition, all areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms, as well as air conditioning filters, will be disinfected on a continuous cycle. And to guarantee maximum security in the catering area, IEG announces temperature checks for the workers, gloves, face masks, disposable overalls, skip-the-line payment apps, single portion lunch and coffee boxes, and a coded delivery system to the stands.
