Three great master pastry chefs will share the presidency: Jean-Michel Perruchon (so good #8) will be jury president, Christophe Morel as the artistic jury president, and the Spanish chef Xano Saguer will be tasting jury president.
The jury panel will be completed by 20 more chefs, each representing a competing country. Among these there are some very familiar names that have been featured in our magazine such as Flavio Federico (so good #2) from Brazil, Emmanuel Ryon (so good #7, so good #11) from France, Fabrizio Galla (so good #5) from Italy, and Koichi Izumi (so good #2) from Japan.
We would like to remind you that the organization has made changes to the rules this present edition. The 20 finalists need to present their creations the first two days of the competition, and on the third day only the ten best will continue competing.
