In her latest book, Dim Sum, Janice Wong invites us to discover the origins, techniques, ingredients, and all the culinary possibilities of this Cantonese cuisine hallmark. For that, she joined forces with an expert on the subject, Ma Juan Jun, and together have come up with this creative book which includes 90 recipes, both traditional and innovative, with a variety of doughs and fillings for meat-eaters and vegetarians, playing with new textures and flavors.

Having written her first book in 2011, Perfection in Imperfection, winner at the How International awards, Best of show, Chef Janice went on to write another 2 books, Kumamoto and Kochi yuzu. Now she presents Dim Sum, recipient of the World gourmand cookbook awards.
