As of December 5, “COP 21 Le Fracas de la Banquise” (The sound of ice) can be tasted at Des Gateux et du pain in Paris, a single cocoa biscuit with chocolate mousse and cream with intense, fair-trade vanilla.

A dessert with which Claire Damon once again proves her elegance, sensitivity and awareness, since she created it on the occasion of the Climate Summit that gathers global leaders these days in the French capital to discuss proposals to curb global warming. A small sweet piece of art that seems to send a message to consumers against mass consumerism, scarcity of raw materials, and the unrecognized work of many producers.
