We at Grupo Vilbo proposed a challenge to Antonio Bachour: to write a book which was completely different from his previous ones, refining his style and providing a more gastronomic sense. And all this through pieces of no more than two bites. The Miami-based chef not only accepted the challenge but also counterattacked with more than fifty unpublished creations, which are those that are part of Bachour Gastro, the new book that we are pleased to announce to the pastry sector and that will be released on November 27th.

The book is divided into three different blocks: Inspiration, versions of the classic greats of universal pastry; Creation, recipes based on journeys and experiences in different countries and cultures with fruit, chocolate, spices, and nuts as protagonists; and Brunch, preparations designed to be enjoyed between breakfast and lunch. Bachour Gastro, in Spanish / English, contains a total of 344 pages, with 52 unpublished creations, all with their recipes, techniques, comments, and step-by-step photographs.
