Japan wins the Juniores World Pastry Cup 2017
We extract one of the great moments of this elite haute patisserie competition, the Juniores Pastry World Cup, which every two years is held in Rimini, Italy within the framework of Sigep. For the second consecutive year, Japan managed to get ahead of the host country and, with only a six-point difference, they were victorious. The high quality of some of the artwork or talent demonstrated by Asian pairs like Philippines or Singapore were some of the other highlights of this edition.
