Vincent Attali

Plated dessert expert, his influences have a marked Mediterranean touch with cultural notes from North Africa, Vincent Attali jumped in 2018 to general recognition thanks to his victory in the 1st edition of the AUI Pastry Cup. Shortly after this victory, he went from commanding the pastry station of the Mediterranean restaurant Mourad, located in San Francisco, to the facilities in the same city and in Silicon Valley of Linkedin. His experience there has allowed him to be at the forefront of a flagship in which 5,000 people circulate daily and with a large team of professionals at his command. As he himself explains, “The idea of a corporate café has advanced significantly thanks to Silicon Valley, much like some of the world’s most renowned hotels, which create exceptional pastries in-house, our pastry program at Linkedin is all about the artisanal touch.” After this experience he is trying his own solo project with the name of The French Spot, also in San Francisco.
