Gonzo Jiménez, mostly known as Chef Gonzo, is one of the two souls of Miette et Chocolat in Denver (Colorado). His roots, which merge with another stage of his life in Argentina, lead him to discovering his passion for the trade, going through his first training, and beginning his journey through different hotels and tourist complexes. Chocolate has been by far the subject that has most fueled his passion, especially the artistic side of it, with spectacular creations that reflect both his personality and his stylistic tastes. His culinary spirit is also noticeable in the development of his sweet creations.
“Nowadays, the chocolate and Pastry world have gone into this trend of “not heavy” or “a healthier way” of producing pastry items. But I have not. If you want to eat dessert just go for it!”
