Christophe Morel

Born in France to a family of pastry chefs, he soon took courses to officially become a pastry professional, but above all be a master chocolatier.

Christophe Morel, based in Montreal (Canada), has an international reputation thanks to a successful career filled with prizes and recognition.

As owner of his own chocolaterie since 2005, he has become one of the most passionate ambassadors for chocolate in the world.

  • 2005. First prize for chocolate at the Coupe du monde de la pâtisserie in Lyon, France.
