From October 28 to November 1, the Salon du Chocolat in Paris will celebrate its 28th edition. Without a doubt, it is one of the great world events dedicated to chocolate and cocoa, and this year it will have two new areas with which it wants to honor the art of French pastry: “Il était une fois la pâtisserie“, in which three grand maisons will offer great classics, and “Passage Gourmand”, a tour to rediscover regional specialties.

After an absence of two years, Japanese master chocolatiers will show their creativity at Espace Japon. Here visitors will have the opportunity to see how emblematic products of Japanese gastronomy can be combined with chocolate.

Some of the regular activities that will return to the show will be fashion shows with chocolate dresses, demonstrations by prestigious chefs at the Pastry Show, and major championships.
