From May 15 to 18, Relais Desserts organized its spring seminar in Padova. Luigi Biasetto was the ambassador of the event which, as usual, was an opportunity to share knowledge, talk about the trade, and make cultural visits to discover the cultural heritage of the host city.
At the Palazzo della Ragione, an emblematic building in Padua, the former seat of the city’s courts and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the members of the Association presented buffets and snacks that highlighted the combination of fruits and spices.
During the seminar, the chefs had the opportunity to attend partner showrooms and ateliers on acrylamide and coffee, as well as discovering the Botanical Garden, founded in 1545, or the Scrovegni chapel with frescoes by Giotto. In addition, they visited the Biasetto Atelier and boutique, the Martellato company, the Silikomart factory, and the Hangar 78 school.
