After the intense emotions experienced in Lyon, the Italian team formed by Fabrizio Donatone, Francesco Boccia, and Emmanuele Forcone, will be in Tokyo (Japan) on 12-13 November to relive their unforgettable victory at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.

Silikomart Professional, sponsor during the competition, will accompany them on these demonstration days in which they will describe and reproduce the original recipes for the entremets and desserts that took them to the coveted title. Additionally, they will reveal the research and training they underwent that led them to these creations.

The Italian company, specializing in the production of silicon molds and utensils for pastry, cuisine, and ice cream, has created two kits (All di Fata and Magia del Tempo) to easily and precisely recreate the winning entremets.
