The next edition of Sigep, in addition to adopting more than 50 new measures to guarantee maximum health security, will be dedicated to change, business creation and the connection of experiences, knowledge, and visions on the future of the sweet sector.

The fair, which will take place from January 16 to 20, 2021 in Rimini (Italy), will gather the latest world launches in ice cream, pastry, bakery, coffee, and chocolate on a surface of 129,000 m2 . It will also present five thematic routes, one for each sector, and will introduce new formats, improve global networks, and support professionals and businesses to grow and expand. With all these actions, Sigep shows that it is prepared for the new reality that the coronavirus crisis has imposed.
