A trade show can never allow itself to stagnate and must continually innovate. In the case of the great Italian show Sigep, it has focused on following the path of diversification, giving space to related sectors of special interest to the professional. Thus, the artisan ice cream sector has been added to the existing sectors such as pastry, bakery, chocolaterie, and the restaurant and café industries. Indeed, in the next edition of this event, to be held in Rimini from 17 to 21 January next year, there will be a special focus on enhancing the presence of the coffee sector.
What’s more, Sigep will benefit from the simultaneous hosting of both the RHEX Ristorazione and the baking show AB Tech Expo. With all this and multiple parallel activities (especially the Junior World Pastry Cup), the organization hopes to beat the spectacular figures of the last edition, which attracted no less than 173,904 visitors (18% more than in the previous edition).
