The ISM International Confectionery Fair, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year, will once again show the latest trends in snacks from February 2 to 5, 2020 in Cologne (Germany).

In order to reach more specific targets, the well-known segment of New Snacks will be divided into Trend Snacks and Healthy Snacks sections. Thus, both new companies and emerging companies or those presenting an alternative offer will be able to show their products to a wide audience. In Hall 5.2, users can find smoothies, fruit with chocolate, energy bars, meat and fish snacks, as well as coffee, tea or hot chocolate specialties without additives. In addition, within the section of natural snacks there will be a space dedicated to Bean to Bar.

Among the activities, the Start-Up Area stands out, where firms which are less than five years old will have the opportunity to exhibit their concepts, and the Newcomer Area, which will give the option to separately see and meet the companies that participate for the first time in the fair.

Another attraction is that the ProSweetsCologne will be held simultaneously, the reference room for suppliers of snacks and sweets. In this way, the confectionery offer extends to the entire value chain of the industry: suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.
