Bakery Plus, the trade fair for bakery, patisserie machinery, ice cream, chocolate, and technologies formerly known as Ibaktech Ankara, will take place from April 27 to 30, 2023 at ATO Congresium Convention and Exhibition Center in Ankara, Turkey.

Despite the name change, the fair, with more than 5,000 net m2 and more than 18,000 visitors, will continue to be an important commercial platform for the rapid development of the industry.

Organized by Messe Stuttgart Ares, which is also the organizer of Ibaktech Istanbul, the fair will be held simultaneously with the hotel, restaurant, cafe, and bar equipment trade fair.
