Update on 06/26th: The fair has been postponed due to coronavirus. It will be held from March 10 to 13, 2021.

One of the next appointments planned in our calendar to cover is the 13th edition of Ibaktech, the international biennial fair of bakery, pastry machinery, ice cream, chocolate and technologies that will take place from March 26 to 29 in Istanbul.

Organized by Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuarcılık, it will bring together more than 300 exhibitors and plans to receive the visit of thousands of professionals mainly from Turkey, the Balkans, and the Middle East.

In a statement, the organization has announced that it is following closely the latest news related to the coronavirus and has assured that it will follow all the security measures proposed by the Ministry of Health and WHO.
