20 countries will compete in the final of the World Chocolate Masters 2015, to be held from 28 to 30 October at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris. For three intense days, the finalists will have to develop creations based on the theme of the competition: “inspiration from nature”.
The Russian and Canadian qualifiers are yet to be held, but we know the names of 18 candidates. Only one of them will emerge as World Chocolate Masters until 2017. Let the betting begin!
